Genuinely relaxing family holidays

Travelling with children can be exhausting.  But the whole point is for you to relax.  We’ve done our best to make sure that happens, from providing all the kit you’ll need, to choosing properties no more than an hour from an airport to reduce travel time.  Not to mention providing baby packs, baby sitting, home cooked meals, our attention to safety and loads of other extras.

Vetted properties for peace of mind

ALL our properties have been vetted by a member of our team.  Unlike many other sites where any property can be added, we personally inspect every single property to make sure it’s as good as it sounds AND is suitable for families.  If we haven’t seen it, it’s not on the site.  We promise.

Safety first

Part of our vetting process is a thorough look at the safety of a property.  You can’t relax if there are open swimming pools or steep, ungated stairs.  We have worked with the Child Accident Prevention Trust (CAPT) to make sure that our team of parent look for the things that cause accidents and make them safe or tell you about them so there are no nasty surprises (see our Parent Points for examples).

Child-friendly kit

Travelling with kids means luggage.  Lots of it.  So we’ve tried to help you get rid of excess baggage by providing all the baby and child kit you’ll need.  Everything from potties to toys, sterilisers to beakers - we’ve got the lot.  Now that’s a load off your mind.

Gorgeous accommodation, stunning settings

Child-friendly doesn’t have to mean cheap and tacky.  We’ve searched for properties that grown ups and kids love.  We’ve got something for every budget, from charming cottages, to grand chateaux, to stylish villas set in breath-taking locations.

Flexible self-catering

Self catering is by far the easiest, cheapest and least stressful way to feed children on holiday.  And it means you get to try your hand cooking the local produce following a day at the market.  But every now and then it’s nice to have a night off.  Some of our properties provide home cooked meals while others have nearby restaurants.

Time as a couple

As great as it is to spend time as a family, it’s also important to spend time as a couple.  English-speaking babysitting is offered at most of our properties so you can escape for the odd evening of romance while your tots are taken care of.

Excellent customer service

A website is great (and we hope you like ours) but nothing beats chatting to a real live person.  We have a team ready to help.  Give us your requirements and we’ll create a shortlist for you.  There’s nothing we like more than making other people’s family holidays fantastic.  Don’t be shy.  Call us.  We’re ever so nice.
